KNOW MORE ABOUT OUR DIAMONDS

Every diamond that are set on our pieces are from the Kimberley Process, and thus are not "conflict diamonds".

They are natural and untreated.

 

OUR JEWELS

DO OUR LOCKETS OPEN ?

Our classic Lockets do not open, but our Box Lockets do. For each box locket, you can find pictures of how the locket looks closed and open.

 

WHAT IS THE HISTORY BEHING MARIE LICHTENBERG'S LOCKETS ?

Drawing on Marie Lichtenberg’s creole heritage, our locket necklaces are inspired by the clasp on a traditional gold forçat chain, given to Marie as a teen by her mother. The gift sparked a lifelong connection to the emotional value of jewelry, and today her lockets can be added to necklaces and cords as a way of exploring the details of jewelry, as a storyteller.

HANDLE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESSES, CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD AND YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You can save/delete your shipping addresses, to ease your future orders. This is possible in the section My Account / My Addresses.

 

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

If you wish to delete your account, please kindly contact us at hello@marielichtenberg.com .

Please note that this action will delete your order history.

MODIFY/CANCEL YOUR ORDER

You can add or delete products from your cart, as long as your order has not been finalized.

If you wish to modify your order after it has been finalized, you will need to fully cancel it. Please kindly note that an order can be cancelled within the following hour it has been placed.

If you wish to change the delivery address, please get in touch with us at hello@marielichtenberg.com .

 

VALIDATION OF YOUR ORDER

A confirmation email is sent as soon as your order is placed, with an order number as well as a recap of your purchase(s).

 

 

 

PAYMENT

 

AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS

We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express), Paypal and Apple Pay, via our secured payment platform Stripe. You will be offered the possibility to save your payment information for future orders.

Our e-shop does accept payments in installments, through ALMA, for the countries listed below : France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria and Portugal.

 

SECURED PAYMENT

We do not save your payment information. The transactions are fully secured and completely handled by Stripe’s payment plateform.

 

PAY YOUR ORDER WITH A CREDIT NOTE

To use a credit note, you just need to enter the corresponding code in the « Discount coupon » section of your cart.

 

WHEN WILL YOUR ACCOUNT BE DEBITED ?

Your bank account will be debited once your order is placed and confirmed.

 

 

YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN DECLINED

MY INVOICES

Your invoices are available for download in your Account.

 

FOR DELIVERIES IN THE USA

 

For an order placed with a delivery in the USA, please kindly note that the price paid on our e-shop is the final price. We cover every taxes and import duties due by DHL upon reception of the parcel. During the parcel's transit, you might be contacted by DHL to provide some information required by the US Customs, for the clearance of the parcel, but you will not have to pay any additional fee.

 

TRACKING AND DELIVERY OF MY ORDER

 

DELIVERY OPTIONS

By default, the e-shop orders are shipped by DHL Express.

If the delivery address is in Paris, a delivery by courrier is also possible. If you would like to benefit from this, please reach out for us as soon as placing your order, so we can arrange the courrier delivery.

 

TRACKING MY ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your parcel.
You can also track your order in your Account.

 

MY PARCEL GOT LOST

Please get in touch with us at hello@marielichtenberg.com, and make sure to specify your order number and/or the tracking number of your parcel.

 

 

MY PARCEL HAS BEEN RETURNED TO SENDER

Unfortunately, once your parcel has been returned to us, we would not be able to ship it back to you, and you will automatically be refunded within 7 to 10 business days, on the credit card you used for the order.

 

 

RETURN AND REFUND

 

PROCEED TO A RETURN

You can return your order upon 14 days after receiving it and choose between a full refund or a credit note. Before returning your order, you may contact us at hello@marielichtenberg.com, and specify your name, phone number, order number and the reason of return.

Please kindly note that each product must be returned complete (packaging and accessories), in pristine condition, and unworn. For more information, please check our Terms & Condition.

 

EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

We do not accept exchanges on our e-shop. If you wish to purchase another product, you may return your previous order, and place new one.

 

REFUND LEATIME

You will receive an email/text to let you know once your refund has been processed, within 7 to 10 business days after order has been returned.

Please note that for an order paid with a credit note, the refund will also take the form of a credit note.

 

MY PIECE HAS A SLIGHT IMPERFECTION

If, despite our many quality checks, your piece should have a slight imperfection, we invite you to get in touch with us at hello@marielichtenberg.com. Please make sure to share some pictures so we can examine the situation and give you the best solution to fix it !

 

 AFTER SALE SERVICE

 

WARRANTY

Our jewels are insured by a 2 year warrant based on the date of purchase indicated on your invoice. This warranty only covers manufacturing faults. Your product will be examined, and if such a fault is detected, we will replace your product with another one of the same design, or equivalent, of equal worth, based on the price indicated on your invoice.

Our warranty only applies when there has been a normal usage.

Our warranty does not apply if the piece has been repaired, or re-worked by another workshop that is not ours.

The warranty does not cover aging, wear and tear, alteration/deterioration due to perfume or chemical products and breakage due to an accident, an intervention of a third party or a lack of maintenance.

Any damage due to a mis-use will be at the customer charge. In this case, we will provide an expertise, and we will give you a quote and leatime for the repair.

The customer must provide us with the invoice or the authenticity certificate, in order to be able to benefit from this warranty.

If the repair happens once the warranty has ended, the fees will be due by the customer.

Usually, our repair leatime is no less than 3 to 4 weeks. Some pieces, such as links, might be changed right away, depending on availability.
